For sanitary and ethical purposes returns are not permitted of any of the products listed on our Graceful Empowerment online store, as they are assumed to be intimately used by the buyer. Customers can exchange anything free before the package has shipped. Once the package has shipped, the customer is responsible for mailing back their product and paying for a second shipping fee, which is determined by the weight and quantity of their merchandise being mailed. Therefore, free exchanges can only occur before the product has shipped. If the product arrives damaged, it must be first assessed by providing a photo of the damaged merchandise in the package. if it is deemed damaged a replacement product will be mailed out.
Customers can cancel their package if it hasn’t been shipped before it has shipped.
USPS first class shipping is available for United States domestic or international purchases. In addition to shipping price charged per item includes the handling costs. Processing each order up until it gets shipped can take 1-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request but is not the standard shipping option used by our company. International priority shipping is used only if sufficient shipping funds were provided by the customer. If a product is undeliverable you must contact your post office with the tracking number provided by our company. if an item is undeliverable to third party delivery services, questions or complaints must be directed to them.
